Commercial Message Consent

Under Turkish Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce and the related Regulation, we may send you campaigns, news and offers through the channels you approve. Consent is optional. 1. What we send
- •New Emlivo tools and features, campaigns and discounts, training content, event announcements and satisfaction surveys.
- •Messages about your membership, payments, security and use of the service are not commercial messages and are sent regardless of this consent.
2. Email
- •If you consent, we may send marketing emails to your registered address. Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link.
3. SMS
- •If you consent, we may send marketing text messages to your registered phone number. Verification codes are not commercial messages.
4. WhatsApp
- •If you consent, we may send marketing messages to your registered number on WhatsApp. WhatsApp consent is requested separately; email or SMS consent does not cover WhatsApp.
5. Giving and withdrawing consent
- •Consent is given per channel at sign-up, in forms or under Settings → Communication preferences, and is recorded with its date, channel and source.
- •You can withdraw consent at any time, free of charge and without a reason, under Settings → Communication preferences, through the unsubscribe link in emails, or through the Turkish Message Management System (İYS). Withdrawal is applied within three business days at the latest.
