Frequently asked questions
What is real estate portfolio software?
Software where an agent records the properties they have for sale or rent, follows their status and publishes them as listings. Emlivo adds the Portfolio Pool and Portfolio Score for finding new properties.
Can I import my portfolio from Excel?
Yes. Download the template, fill it in and upload it as an Excel or CSV file. Valid rows open as draft listings and invalid rows are listed with the reason.
How is the Portfolio Score calculated?
It is rule based: freshness, whether the listing is from the owner, how the price compares with similar listings in the area and how much the photos and description can be improved. The reasons are shown next to each score.
Is a deleted listing lost?
No. It moves to the Deleted tab and can be restored from there.
Is there a trial?
Yes. You can start with a 7-day trial and try the software with your own portfolio; the trial fee and plans are on the pricing page.
