You can pay for your Emlivo plan and credit packs by card. Payment is taken on the secure page of our licensed payment provider; your card details never reach our servers.
Debit card and bank transfer (EFT) are also available on the Turkish version of the payment page.
Card details are entered on the payment provider’s secure page. They are never sent to or stored on Emlivo servers.
All pages, including checkout, are served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection.
You can cancel your subscription from your account at any time; the next billing is not taken.
Check that the card details and the 3D Secure code are correct, that your card is open to online payments and that there is enough limit. If it still fails, try another card or contact us.
During the 7-day trial only the $1 trial fee is charged. The plan fee is taken when the trial ends, unless you cancel before that.
Yes. Enter the coupon code on the payment step before you pay; the discount is shown before you confirm.
You can cancel from the Subscription page in your account. If you cancel during the trial, the plan fee is never charged.
Invoices for card payments can be downloaded from the Invoices page in your account.
