1. Sharing your request with a real estate agent
- •When you submit a property sale request, a listing offer or a viewing appointment, your name, contact details, property or request details and message are shared with the relevant agent, or for property sale requests with Emlivo's subscribed agents, so that they can answer you.
- •Agents may use the shared details only to contact you about your request.
- •Ticking the box in these forms means you consent to this sharing; the form cannot be sent without it, because passing the request to an agent is its purpose.
2. Marketing messages
- •Consent to campaigns, news and offers is covered separately by the Commercial Message Consent.
3. Using your content as examples
- •Permission to show images and videos you create as examples on our site is covered separately by the Media Use Consent.
4. Withdrawing consent
- •You can withdraw consent at any time without giving a reason by writing to [email protected] or, if you are a member, under Settings → Communication preferences.
- •Withdrawal applies from that date on; for details already shared you may need to contact the agent concerned.
