What are you looking for?
How does it work?
Tell us in five short steps whether you want to buy or rent, where, with which budget and which features.
Your request appears in the request pool of Emlivo member agents who work in your area or have a matching listing.
Review the listings you receive, reply or mark them as not suitable. Communication stays inside Emlivo and your number is never shared.
Creating a request does not mean a suitable property will be found or that an agent will send a suggestion. Suggestions depend on whether agents have listings that match your request.
Frequently asked questions
Who will see my request?
Your request only appears in the request pool inside the panel of Emlivo member agents. Your name, phone number and e-mail address are not shown there; agents only see the property features, the area and the budget. Requests are never published on a public page.
Will my phone number be visible?
No. You verify your phone with an SMS code only to confirm the account is yours. Your number is not shown to any agent. Agents suggest listings and write to you inside Emlivo and you reply from your account.
Can I change my request?
Yes. You can update the area, budget and features at any time from the My requests tab of your account. Suggestions sent before your criteria changed are marked as such.
What if no suggestions arrive?
Your request stays active for 60 days. If no agent has a matching listing during that time, you may not receive suggestions. We remind you before it ends; you can extend it with one click or widen your budget or area.
How do I close it when I find what I want?
Open the My requests tab, press "Close request" and choose "I found what I was looking for". The request leaves the pool immediately and agents can no longer send suggestions.
Is creating a request free?
Yes. An Emlivo account and a search request are free for buyers and renters. Any agreement and legal service fee with an agent during a purchase or rental is a separate matter.
