How are dues added to income?
When you mark a unit's dues for a month as paid, the amount is added to that month's income automatically. Unmark it and the income drops again.
Do residents sign in?
No. Residents do not have accounts. You can share the monthly statement through a read-only link that shows no names, phone numbers or debt amounts.
Can residents pay online?
No. Emlivo does not collect payments; you collect and mark the payment in the panel.
Does it cost extra?
No. Building management is included in the Emlivo plans. You can start with a 7-day trial; the trial fee and plans are on the pricing page.
