Listing Publication Consent

Before publishing a listing on your profile or in the public listings, you are asked to confirm that you hold the permissions needed to publish the listing and its images. This text explains what that confirmation covers.
1. What you confirm
- •The owner or their representative has authorised you to market the property and to publish the listing online.
- •You hold the rights to the photos and videos in the listing; they were not taken from another listing, site or person without permission.
- •The images do not show personal details such as faces, licence plates, family photos or documents, or the people shown have given permission.
- •The address and location are shared only as far as the owner has approved.
2. Record
- •Your confirmation is recorded per listing with its date and time. One confirmation per listing is enough.
3. Removal
- •If the owner withdraws permission, you must unpublish the listing. When we receive a rights complaint we may unpublish the listing while we review it.
