Frequently asked questions

What data does the land analysis use?
Parcel geometry comes from the official land registry, terrain elevation and road/infrastructure data from current map records, and the zoning colour from the official environmental plan. None of it is estimated.
How is the slope calculated?
An elevation grid is sampled inside the parcel boundary and a least-squares plane fit produces the slope percentage, aspect direction and the difference between the highest and lowest point.
How does it detect buildings on the plot?
Satellite imagery with the parcel boundary marked is analysed visually and cross-checked against the registered land type; the result is reported as empty, built or inconclusive.
Does this replace an official appraisal?
No. It is a fast preliminary review. Legal encumbrances live in the title deed record and binding zoning rights are held by the municipality.
