No. They request a viewing appointment straight from your public profile page without signing up — the fewer steps there are, the fewer leads you lose.
Do I lose control of my calendar?
No. Online booking is slot-based and agent-approved: visitors only see the hours you opened, and every request still waits for your confirmation.
What happens after someone books?
You and the customer both get an email, and the request is written into your CRM as a lead, so the booking never lives only in your inbox.
Can I take bookings outside office hours?
That is the point. Your realtor calendar is online around the clock, so a buyer browsing at midnight can still claim a slot instead of forgetting you by morning.
