Enter the numerator and denominator from a shared Turkish title deed to see the share percentage, its square metres, dönüm and value.
The square metres of a share do not point to a specific part of the parcel; co-owners hold rights over the whole parcel in proportion to their shares. Using a specific part requires an agreement between co-owners; separating it requires subdivision or dissolving the co-ownership.
Divide the numerator by the denominator and multiply by the total parcel area. A 1250/10000 share of an 8,000 m² parcel is 0.125 × 8,000 = 1,000 m², about one dönüm.
A share represents a portion of the whole parcel, not a specific spot. Other co-owners may exercise a statutory pre-emption right when a share is sold to a third party, so check the number of co-owners, the zoning status and any usage agreement before buying.
Multiply the total parcel value by the share. In practice buyers of shares usually ask for a discount because of the uncertainty, so the actual sale price often falls below the proportional value.
Every plan has a 7-day trial for $1. Only that fee is charged during the trial; cancel before it ends and the plan fee is never taken. The trial applies to credit cards; debit card payments are charged in full immediately.
