Where do I get a lease agreement in Türkiye and how do I prepare one?
You do not have to go to a notary for a lease. A ready contract form from a stationer or a sample template is filled in with the parties, property, rent, term and deposit and signed in two copies. A signed plain written contract is valid; each side keeps a copy.
